DENE S. PERUSSEDene S. Perusse earned B.A. degrees in political science and philosophy from Emory University in 1993 and her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2000. Primarily specializing in real estate, her expertise has led her to represent lenders and title companies in creditor rights issues, at both large scale and mid-sized real estate firms in Atlanta and, at one point, she even had a general practice in rural southwest Georgia. She has been with the firm since 2007, handling default servicing matters in foreclosure, loss mitigation, litigation, title clearance, dispossessory, and closings in both the traditional and REO settings.
